• Single account: It gives one user the access to launch bids and the access to submit offers (when being invited by the bid caller), and enables him to enjoy an unlimited experience of using all Munaqes services for one single account.

Its cost is 1350 SAR in case of monthly subscription, and 13500 SAR in case of Annual subscription.

• Plus bundle: It grants an account admin and an extra user access to launch biddings and access to submit offers (when being invited by the bid caller) in addition to access to the additional user's account through the admin’s account, to supervise and follow up on all submitted offers and biddings.

This package enables its users to enjoy a unique user experience for all Munaqes services, in addition to additional features for the admin account.

The cost of this package is 1998 SAR in case of monthly subscription and 19980 SAR in case of annual subscription.

• Pro bundle: It grants an account admin and two extra users access to launch biddings and access to submit offers (when being invited by the bid caller) in addition to the authority to access the two accounts of extra users through the admin's account, to supervise and follow up on all submitted offers.

This package enables its users to enjoy a unique user experience for all Munaqes services, in addition to additional features for the adminaccount.

The cost of this package is 2998 SAR in case of monthly subscription and 29980 SAR in case of annual subscription.

• Customized bundles: They are distinguished from other packages by the ability to add an additional number of accounts up to 10 accounts, in addition to the authority to access the accounts of additional users through the admin’s account, to supervise and follow up all submitted offers and bids, and of course the authority to call for bids and the authority to submit offers (when being invited by the bid caller) from the Administrator account and additional user accounts
• The cost of Customized bundles depends on the number of additional accounts.

(3) Munaqes platform has the right to change and modify the prices of subscriptions, and the new prices will apply to the user when subscribing or renewing the subscription.

(4) The user is not entitled to refund the subscription value paid for any reason, nor is the user entitled to request stopping the subscription during its validity period.

(5) Munaqes platform allows the user to use the platform according to the purposes intended for it and in accordance with the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of the site.

(6) Munaqes  platform provides a mechanism for upgrading the subscription package in case that the user wishes to upgrade the subscribed package, and the user will be required to pay the difference in the cost of the package price for the remaining period of the subscription.

(7) Paid subscriptions expire at the end of their term. If the user wishes to renew the subscription, he must review the prices of the packages and subscribe to the appropriate package. Which means that the subscription does not renew automatically and expires at the end of its term.

(8) Munaqes platform reserves the right to cancel the subscription of any user at any time and without warning or compensation in case that the user violates any of the terms and conditions of the Munaqes platform or its privacy policy.

Agree to automatic renewal:

By subscribing to any of the paid services on the Munaqes Platform, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees using the payment method you provided at the time of registration or updated thereafter.
You may cancel the auto-renewal feature at any time through your account settings on the platform.
If not canceled, your subscription will be renewed under the same terms, and you will be notified accordingly in accordance with applicable regulations.

Platform usage rules:

The user of Munaqes platform must comply with the following:

(1) That all information entered by the user is true and accurate.

(2) In case that a subscription is created in the name of a legal person, the representative of the legal person undertakes that he is authorized to represent the legal person and has all the necessary powers to use Munaqes platform. In case that he is not qualified to represent the legal person or if he does not have all the necessary powers, he shall bear all the damages and losses incurred by any person, including Munaqes platform and the legal person.

(3) Ensure the legality and legality of all services and goods required to be provided in the bidding and displayed on Munaqes platform.

(4) It is prohibited to use Munaqes platform for any illegal or unlicensed purpose or in violation of any of the laws or regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

(3) Munaqes platform is not responsible in case that the bid chosen by the bidder is not the lowest priced offer as a result of false information provided by a user or by the bidder that led to incorrect or inaccurate result of the bid provided by Munaqes platform. It is not responsible for any false information provided by any user that may cause harm to others, directly or indirectly.

(4) Munaqes platform is a means of negotiation and bidding and prices and is not responsible in case that the bid chosen by the bidder is not the lowest price bid or in case that the bid is not awarded to any of the offers submitted through the platform.

(5) The Bid caller has the right to extend the bidding period, cancel it, or send additional invitations.

(6) Munaqes platform seeks to provide a safe and uninterrupted service that works effectively, but Munaqes platform does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted or disrupted, because the service may be interrupted for reasons beyond the control of Munaqes platform, such as the presence of technical faults, delays in the service, or the delay in displaying the information entered by the user. In these cases, the platform is not responsible for any material or moral damages or losses, direct or indirect, to any person as a result of service interruption, delay, or a malfunction in the website of the auction.
